You asked, we listened. In our efforts to bring you the best possible online banking experience we will be upgrading our Online Banking, Bill Pay, Website and Mobile solutions and the new system will be available starting on August 20, 2019.

This enhancement will come with more flexibility, reliability and control for you, but it also will come with a few important changes that will temporarily affect the way you use Online Banking. We’ve summarized these key points below and suggest that you keep this summary on hand for quick future reference.

What new changes can I expect?

  • When you log in to the new online banking:
    • Your username will be your current online banking username.
      • If you have multiple logins for accounts, you will use the username associated with your lowest numbered account.
      • Your password will be set to the last five digits of the main account holder’s social security number.
        • Upon your first login, you can then change your password.
  •  Our new mobile app will need to be downloaded from your app store on or after August 20, 2019.
  •  All of your account information, all of your statement history, your scheduled automatic payments and six months of your bill payment history will seamlessly transition to the new system.
  • The new Online Banking will feature innovative solutions including internal and external transfers, person-to-person payments and a Money Management tool. These tools allow you to see your complete financial picture, track your spending habits, set budget goals and more — all on one screen.

While we are confident that this new service will greatly enhance your overall online banking experience, we want to apologize for any short-term inconvenience the upgrade may cause you.

  •  PopMoney - Send funds at the tap of a button to friends and family through person-to-person transfers
  •  Transfer funds to both internal AND external accounts
  •  Set up automatic reoccurring internal transfers

Increased security

  •  Touch ID with our new Mobile App
  •  Multi-factor authentication
  •  Securely chat and email Azura associates
