Entries made during the sweepstakes period are eligible to win during the eligible time period, unless they have been previously selected as a winner during this promotional sweepstakes.
ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open only to individuals attending TARC’s Winter Wonderland at 3435 SE East Edge Rd, Topeka, KS 66605 on December 14, 2022 between 5:30-10:30 pm. Must be 18 years or older to enter. Void where prohibited by law. Azura employees and Board and Supervisory Committee members, staff and their immediate families are not eligible to win. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws” or by current marriage, adoption, or co-habitation, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Entries will be accepted through registration till 10:30 pm on December 14, 2022. This promotion is sponsored by Azura Credit Union, 610 SW 10th Ave Topeka, KS 66612.
WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be randomly chosen on Thursday, December 15, 2022. There will be a total of five (5) drawings and five (5) winners. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
PRIZES: Five (5) random winners will be selected to receive an Azura Winter Bundle from Leonard Meat valued up to $80, Haag Oil gas gift card valued at $100, Dillon's grocery gift card valued at $100, Topeka Zoo Family Basic pass valued at $80, and Spa Day package from Onyx Salon and Wellness Spa valued at $100. There will be a total of five (5) winners receiving the prizes listed above. Acceptance of a prize constitutes authorization to use the winner’s name and/or photograph in future credit union literature or articles for publication and/or social media without compensation. Prizes are nontransferable. Winners are responsible for any tax liability.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Azura will randomly draw three winners and contact them Friday, December 15, 2022 after the drawing. Azura will make three (3) attempts to notify the winner during the following three (3) days after selection. If winner cannot be contacted, a new winner will be selected and notified.
CONDUCT: All sweepstakes participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Azura Credit Union in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of its website or is otherwise in violation of these rules. All contestants participating agree to obey laws and to conduct themselves in a safe and appropriate manner at the concert. Azura reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. Contestants are responsible for their own actions.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Azura Credit Union is not responsible for lost or misdirected entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. If for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, Azura Credit Union may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. Entrants further agree on behalf of themselves, their heirs, agents and assigns, to release Azura Credit Union from any liability resulting from, or related to their participation in the contest, or as a result of Azura’s negligent acts related to the contest, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage or death.
